Paul Blanchard

Paul Blanchard is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in plant engineering and maintenance within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Plant Engineer II at Biogen since March 2012, Paul manages and oversees all major utilities at the facility. Previous roles at Biogen include Sr. Plant Engineer I, Plant Engineer III, and Sr. Maintenance Mechanic, where expertise was developed in systems such as Reverse Osmosis Generation and Clean Steam Distribution. Prior to Biogen, Paul worked at DECCO as a Master Pipefitter/Welder, contributing to various construction projects in the pharmaceutical, industrial, and food sectors. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
