Paul Dearden

Paul Dearden is the Head of Global Regulatory Policy at Biogen, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as Senior Director of Global Regulatory Policy at Biogen from 2019 to 2023 and held various leadership roles in regulatory affairs at companies such as AbbVie, GSK, and GlaxoWellcome R&D Ltd. Dearden has extensive experience in regulatory policy and intelligence spanning multiple organizations, and previously led corporate business initiatives at Brathay. They have been involved in the regulatory field since the early 1990s and continue to engage in education at UVHS.
