Teresa de Leon

Teresa de Leon possesses extensive experience in talent attraction and legal management. At Biogen, from February 2018 to April 2022, Teresa served in various roles including Senior Talent Attraction Partner, Talent Attraction Partner, and Executive Search Associate, demonstrating a strong capability in recruitment and executive search. Prior to that, Teresa managed a small plaintiff personal injury and real estate firm at Suris & Associates from January 2002 to January 2009, overseeing appointments, meetings, and seminars. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science/Government from John Jay College (CUNY), completed in May 2005, and a high school diploma from Northport High School, earned in June 2001.
