Belen Quiroga is an experienced talent attraction professional with a strong background in early career recruitment. At Finastra, Belen served as Senior Talent Attraction Partner and led global early talent attraction initiatives while also overseeing North America delivery. Prior experience at Deloitte included serving as National Senior Advisor for Campus Recruitment, where Belen developed strategies to attract and secure early-career talent, consistently achieving over 150 placements annually across Canada. Earlier roles included various positions in campus recruitment and human resources at reputable organizations such as the Toronto Transit Commission and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Belen holds a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico.
