Erik Baier

Erik Baier is an experienced sales and business development professional currently serving as the Head of Sales and Business Development for North America at Biognosys since October 2021. Prior to this role, Erik held various positions at Biognosys, including Executive Director and Director of Business Development. At Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, Erik worked as a Sales Engineer and Sales Representative from September 2019 to October 2021. Erik's background also includes significant roles at Waters Corporation as an Operations Quality Engineer and Quality Assurance Laboratory Engineer I, where Erik was involved in quality management and process improvement initiatives. Erik began their career as a Lab Analyst Intern at Environmental Business Specialists, LLC, and as a Research Assistant in the Chemistry Department at Tulane University. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with minors in Mathematics and Economics from Tulane University.
