Peter Michalek

Peter Michalek has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in data protection, IT governance, and technology optimization. Peter'smost recent role was as the Director of Data Protection and IT at Biognosys, where they oversaw computer systems and ensured compliance with quality programs. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Allianz - Slovenska poistovna, Slovak Telekom, CSOB, and Slovenske Telekomunikacie, where they demonstrated expertise in ICT solutions, network design, and technical support.

Peter Michalek obtained a Master's Degree in Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Faculty of Informatics and Information Technologies, Slovak University of Technology, from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ISO/IEC 27002 Information Security Foundation, ITIL V3 Foundation, Lean IT Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and TOGAF9 Foundation.
