Ted Brown

Senior Water Resources Engineer & Practice Leader at Biohabitats

Ted Brown is an accomplished water resources engineer and executive with extensive experience in the field. Since April 2006, Ted has served as President and CEO of Biohabitats, where strategic leadership and innovation in water resource management are prioritized. Prior to this role, Ted worked at the Center for Watershed Protection from December 1998 to April 2006 as Director of Watershed Implementation, contributing significantly to watershed management initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Water Resources Engineer at Wright Water Engineers from July 1994 to July 1998. Ted holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on water resources engineering from the University of Virginia (1991-1994) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1984-1988).
