Andrea Ivans

Andrea Ivans joined Biohaven with approximately 14 years of clinical operations experience. Andrea comes to use from Bristol-Myers Squibb where she held Clinical Protocol Management roles of increasing responsibility in the Infectious Diseases and Oncology portfolios. She spent two years as that organizations Clinical Operations Risk Based Monitoring Business Lead, managing protocol risk assessment discussions for all Phase 2-3 studies in the organization. She was also involved in the Bristol-Myers Squibb Infectious Readiness program. Andrea completed her undergraduate degree at Boston College where she received a BA in Psychology, and holds a Masters in Health Sciences with a concentration in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Quinnipiac University.
