Patricio Nilo

Pat looks after the Latin American territories, including the subsidiary of Chile. He was the Vice President of Bio-Lok International with responsibilities for Research & Development and International Business. He led the team that developed the Silhouette Laser-Lok Implant, the predecessor of the flagship Tapered Internal Laser-Lok® Implant for BioHorizons. He organized and supervised a 3-year research study on Laser-Lok with an independent Italian research group, GIR. Results from this study were used in the Laser-Lok FDA submission to receive clearance to market in the USA. Pat established subsidiaries in Chile, Australia, and Mexico and successful distributors in Turkey, Italy, Argentina, Spain, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru.
