Kate Hale

Kate Hale, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kate currently serves as the Director of Integrated Supply Chain and Manufacturing Services at BioIntelliSense, Inc from January 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at Intertech Medical from January 2019 to August 2021.

From 2010 to 2019, Kate worked at Terumo BCT, where they held multiple roles including Business Operations Manager, Systems Operations Manager / Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing and Procurement, Manufacturing Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager. Kate also gained experience in banking as a Vault Teller/Teller Supervisor/Customer Service Supervisor at California Oaks State Bank and in retail as a Return to Vendor (RTV)/Assistant Receiving Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond.
