Anette Mårtensson has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Anette started their career as a Water Technician at Hässleholms vatten in 2008 and 2009, where they had operational responsibilities for wastewater plants. In 2010, they worked as a Project Researcher at Lund University, studying polymers and non-ionic detergents.

Anette then joined BioInvent International AB in 2011 as a Master's Thesis Project participant, focusing on the development of an antigen-independent affinity assay for screening antibodies. Anette gained experience in various techniques such as cloning, sequencing, protein expression, purification, and analysis.

In 2012, Anette worked as a Laboratory Engineer at Innovagen, where they had overall responsibility for laboratory work, including protein purification, characterization, and modification. Anette also helped develop custom-designed assays and wrote project reports.

Anette returned to BioInvent International AB in 2014 as an Analytical Engineer in the Protein and Analytical Chemistry group, working on small-scale purification of antibodies and antibody fragments. Anette'sresponsibilities involved downstream in vitro and in vivo evaluation, as well as labeling antibodies with conjugates.

Anette then transitioned to the role of Senior Laboratory Assistant at Lund University from 2014 to 2017.

Anette rejoined BioInvent International AB in 2017 as a Senior Analytical Engineer, continuing their work with protein purification and evaluation.

In 2022, they joined Svar Life Science AB as a Project Manager/Senior Scientist in Bioanalytical Services, where they managed GMP projects and implemented potency testing of API/drug products. Anette also collaborated with and supervised laboratory technicians and scientists.

Most recently, Anette is set to join BioInvent International AB again in 2023 as a Senior Analytical Engineer, focusing on protein purification, evaluation, and antibody labeling.

Anette Mårtensson holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, which they obtained from Lund University from 2006 to 2011. Anette then pursued their Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (protein science) at the same university, completing their studies in 2012.
