Jennifer FitzSimmons possesses extensive experience in project management and client services, currently serving as Project Manager and Technical Support at BioIVT since October 2011, where responsibilities include managing customer orders that require special attention throughout the entire order cycle. In addition, Jennifer is the Team Lead for the Client Services department, focusing on addressing client needs while fostering a supportive work environment. As the Owner and Designer of itz fitz! since August 2009, Jennifer emphasizes creativity and design. Prior experience includes serving as a Clerical Department Supervisor at USCIS and holding multiple roles at Impact Images, where project management and client relations were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from the New York Institute of Technology and an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Nassau Community College.
