Joan Braun-Tigges

Joan Braun-Tigges has over 25 years of work experience in sales, business development, and customer experience. From 2016 to present, they have been the Director of New Client Experience at Biokinemetrics, a start-up chiropractic digital x-ray system. In this role, they have been responsible for prospecting new business through targeted marketing initiatives and cold calling techniques, conducting industry and customer research to develop and implement new sales strategies, increasing customer loyalty and retention, collaborating with the marketing team to generate consistent branding and messaging, and managing the planning and execution of trade shows. From 2005 to present, they have also been the Co-Owner and Manager at East 3rd Street Storage and R&R Septic Services.

From 2005 to 2016, Joan was a Solutions Consultant at ChiroTouch, an EHR chiropractic practice management solution. In this role, they consistently exceeded monthly quotas, was recognized as a top lead manager, helped to drive the software sales team through education and training, traveled extensively to increase business development, managed customer accounts, collaborated to ideate and implement the Software Learning System, conducted interactive online software demonstrations, and provided solutions in both server and SaaS environments.

Prior to this, from 1995 to 2005, Joan was the Sales Manager at Eddie Bauer.

Joan Braun-Tigges earned a B.A. in Psychology and English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1988 and 1992.
