Nicholas Ireland

Nicholas Ireland is a seasoned professional in manufacturing operations, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations at BioLab Holdings since June 2025. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Stryker from May 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities escalated from Operations Manager to Manager of Manufacturing, overseeing multi-site teams to achieve production, safety, quality, budget, and engagement goals. Earlier roles encompassed various positions in manufacturing and engineering, starting as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Stryker and culminating as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Nicholas also gained experience as an Operations Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs and conducted research as an REU Researcher at Arizona State University. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, along with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Additionally, Nicholas served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in several Balkan countries, achieving fluency in both Gheg and Tosk dialects of Albanian.
