Steve Sandor

Steven Sandor was appointed Chief Operating Officer of BIOLASE in July 2022. Having joined BIOLASE in April 2019, Steven has served in several impactful positions in the company’s customer-facing organizations, most recently as Senior Director, Commercial Operations and Service. Steven has been instrumental in developing long-term strategic growth initiatives focused on leveraging talent, building robust commercial processes, and scalability.

Prior to joining BIOLASE, Steven held the role of Global Director of Sales Training at Kavo Kerr, where he led the design, launch, and management of their Learning Management System and Content Management System used within six dental operating companies. Steven began a sales career in the Dental Industry in 2008 and his experience with sales and sales management has been with both direct and distribution models across the North American and International markets.

Steven graduated with an Executive MBA from Chapman University and is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.
