Fawn Krueger has extensive experience in center management and operations within the plasma donation industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Takeda since January 2013, Fawn also holds the title of Center Manager at Biolife Plasma Services, where responsibilities include meeting business goals, managing a team of 35-80 employees, and overseeing compliance with regulatory standards. Fawn's previous roles include Assistant Manager, Center Supervisor, and Master Plasma Center Technician, demonstrating a strong focus on employee development, quality assurance, and customer service. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Studies from the University of Iowa and an Associate's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Rasmussen University.
