Benjamin Fuentes

Benjamin Fuentes has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Benjamin currently works at HomeWAV as a Contact Center Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring superior customer service. Benjamin also serves as a Vendor Manager & Dispatcher, researching and locating local contractors and onboarding them to provide consistent and quality service.

Prior to HomeWAV, Benjamin worked at Bi-State Development where they held various roles. Benjamin was a Dispatch Center Supervisor responsible for managing pre-booked and standing order reservations. Benjamin also served as a Dispatcher, liaising with Saint Louis County veterans using the Call-A-Ride service and ensuring on-time compliance. Benjamin started their career at Bi-State Development as a Reservations Agent, training and coaching new hires and contractors, maintaining communication with customers, and resolving client issues.

Before joining Bi-State Development, Benjamin worked in the Customer Service Group at ADT Security Services from 2008 to 2010.

Benjamin Fuentes attended Raytown South High School, although the start and end years are not given. Following high school, they went on to study at Northwest Missouri State University from 2002 to 2007. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in History, with a minor in Political Science.
