Paulo Crespim has worked at Syngenta Crop Protection Inc as a Consultor Técnico, at Jardim Vista, S.A. as an Arquitecto Paisagista, and at Bioline Agrosciences as a Production Manager since 2018.

Paulo Crespim attended Universidade do Algarve from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Arquitetura da Paisagem.
