Vu Hoang

Vu Hoang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Rise Baking Company since April 2022. Previously, Vu held multiple roles at The Kraft Heinz Company from June 2014 to April 2022, including Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included leading multi-million dollar savings projects utilizing lean manufacturing principles. Additionally, Vu co-founded TheraB Medical Inc., a biomedical startup focused on developing innovative treatment solutions for infant jaundice, achieving notable success in various business competitions. Vu's career foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Biosystems Engineering with a concentration in Food Engineering from Michigan State University, along with early experience in culinary supervision and data analysis at the US Army Corps of Engineers.
