Sean Fahey

Sean Fahey has a diverse work experience in the field of biology and biochemistry. Sean started their career at the University of San Diego as a Research Assistant, where they conducted comprehensive cell biology experiments and developed new cell migration protocols. During this time, they also presented their research achievements at national conferences and school sponsored events. Sean then joined BD as a Biochemist I, where they were responsible for preparing fluorochrome-protein conjugates for flow cytometry applications. Sean successfully completed numerous conjugation reactions and contributed to meeting production goals. In their role as a Biochemist II at BD, they managed and edited internal company documents, trained new associates, and tracked quality defects while collaborating with QC and QA departments. Currently, Sean is working at Biolinq as a Senior Biosensor Research Associate.

Sean Fahey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of San Diego, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Sean then pursued a Master of Science in Bioinformatics at San Diego State University, completing their studies from 2022 to 2024.
