Michael Russell

Michael Russell is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in emerging technology and life sciences companies. Currently serving as a Board Member at Biological Dynamics since September 2022, Michael Russell also provides CFO-level services as a Senior Consultant at Russell CFO Financial Services, a role held since January 2007. Michael’s consultancy includes financial planning, banking and debt financing, risk management, and business reviews for a variety of sectors, including medical devices and clean energy. Previous roles include CFO positions at MaxLinear Inc., American Technology Corporation, Metallic Power, Inc., HNC Software Inc., and Cerwin-Vega!, as well as Vice President and Treasurer at Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation. Education includes an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
