Norman W. Baylor

Norman W. Baylor possesses extensive expertise in global public health and regulatory strategies for vaccines. Currently serving as Chair of The Board of Directors at Biologics Consulting and as President and CEO of the International Alliance for Biological Standardization, Baylor also holds roles as Editor in Chief of the journal Biologicals and as a member of the Board of Trustees at the Sabin Vaccine Institute. Baylor's previous experience includes a notable tenure at the US Food and Drug Administration, where Baylor was the Director of the Office of Vaccines Research and Review, overseeing vital regulatory processes. Educational credentials include an MS and PhD in Microbiology from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
