Ashley Destito

Ashley Destito is a Research and Development Scientist at BioLumic since February 2022, with prior experience as a Senior Research Associate at Invaio Sciences and a Sr. Research Associate I at Indigo. At Indigo, Ashley led the design and development of high-throughput in-planta testing for microbial seed coatings across multiple crops and managed a research team. Earlier roles included research positions focusing on plant pathology and pesticide testing at FMC Corporation and Bartlett Tree Experts, as well as a Biological Science Technician with the USDA APHIS. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology from Rutgers University.
