Patrick Zhang

Patrick (Pan) Zhang, CFA, currently serves as President & Head of Corporate Development at BioMap since July 2025, where responsibilities include leading strategic growth, M&A activities, and investor relations, while enhancing the company's scientific narrative in AI and life sciences. Prior to this role, Zhang was Vice President of Strategic Marketing at GenScript, focusing on long-term strategic planning and market analysis. Zhang also held significant positions at Fosun Pharma as Vice President and Head of Overseas Business Development and at Fosun Group as Senior Equity Analyst, managing equity portfolios in healthcare. Earlier career experiences included roles at JMP Securities LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., along with a tenure as a Research Analyst at Markit, recognized as a top-ranked analyst in the investment team. Zhang holds advanced degrees in finance and biophysics from prestigious institutions, as well as a Master's in molecular biology and a Bachelor's in biochemistry.
