Javier Gonzalez M. currently serves as a Process Innovation and Optimization Scientist at BioMar since June 2022. Previously, Javier held several leadership roles in engineering, including Subgerente de Ingenieria at Cargill, overseeing process and project engineering from March 2020 to January 2022, and Subgerente de Ingenieria de Procesos y Mejora Continua at Skretting Chile for a brief period in late 2019. Javier's extensive experience includes positions as Jefe de Proceso at Skretting Chile and Global Process Engineer at Skretting ARC, where responsibilities involved automation system improvements at multiple plants. Early in Javier's career, roles included Encargado de Automatizacion and Electromecanico, focusing on maintenance and automation processes. Education includes a Technical Degree in Aeronautical Maintenance from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria and an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad San Sebastián.
