Kelsie Miller

Kelsie Miller is an experienced professional in process improvement and quality assurance with a strong background in regulatory compliance and investigative roles. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Specialist at Palmetto Infusion since June 2022, Kelsie previously held the position of Quality Investigator at Nephron Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included supporting various departments with investigations and ensuring FDA compliance. Additionally, Kelsie worked as a Change Management Specialist at Nephron Pharmaceuticals, overseeing the development and updates of standard operational procedures. Prior to that, Kelsie served as a Child and Adult Protective Services Intake Supervisor and Practitioner with the South Carolina Department of Social Services, along with advocacy roles at the Rape Crisis Center. Kelsie holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University.
