Robert Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics. Currently serving as Associate Director and Regional Logistics Lead at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. since September 2025, Robert previously held various leadership roles at Gilead Sciences from March 2016 to June 2025, including Associate Director of Supply Chain, overseeing customer service and logistics operations for the Southern California network. Earlier positions at Gilead included Senior Manager and Manager roles focusing on logistics and planning/procurement, as well as a Distribution Team Lead responsible for substantial clinical and commercial distributions across North and South America. Prior to Gilead, Robert worked as a Distribution Coordinator at Baxalta and as a Logistics Technician for the United States Department of War, managing the logistics for a multi-site ROTC program.
