Sherry Sarintra

Sherry Sarintra is an experienced compensation professional with a robust background in designing and administering compensation programs across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Compensation at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. since March 2015, Sherry leads strategic initiatives to ensure market competitiveness in rewards programs. Previously, as Associate Director of Compensation at Genentech from April 2011 to March 2015, Sherry provided advisory support to leadership on compensation matters. Sherry's earlier roles included Principal Consultant at Mercer, where responsibilities encompassed business development and managing consulting projects, and Consulting Analyst at WTW, focusing on executive compensation. Sherry holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University.
