Amber Pawlikowski, MSN, RN, CPHQ, is a highly experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Vice President of Performance Improvement at Biome Analytics since December 2021. Concurrently, Amber holds the position of Quality Excellence Leader for the Cardiovascular Service Line at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, where responsibilities include directing quality initiatives and ensuring compliance with various cardiovascular metrics. Previous roles include significant contributions at the University of Virginia as an integral member of the Medical Emergency Team and as an educator in IV line insertion. Amber's earlier experience encompasses emergency nursing and cardiac care at institutions like MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and Riverside County Regional Medical Center.
