Sheila Behan

Sheila Behan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at Biomea Fusion since April 2021, after previously holding the roles of Senior Director and Director of Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to Biomea Fusion, Sheila worked at Menlo Therapeutics Inc. as Associate Director of Human Resources and held the same title at Dermira, Inc. Additionally, Sheila has experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at 24/7, Inc., and as Manager of Human Resources at Affymax, Inc. Sheila began their career in human resources as an Executive Assistant at Clearview Projects, Inc. from 2004 to 2006.
