David Hawkins

David Hawkins has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis as well as portfolio reporting. David currently serves as the Director of Portfolio Reporting at BioMed Realty. Previously, they worked as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at PMB Real Estate Services, where they managed the budgeting and reforecasting process for 50 assets and oversaw the distribution of financial reports. Prior to that, Hawkins worked as an Analyst at LPL Financial, where they oversaw budgets and expenses for multiple departments and implemented resource planning models.

David Hawkins received their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Indiana University Bloomington in 2002. David then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General from San Diego State University between 2005 and 2006.
