Jonathan Bergschneider

Jonathan M. Bergschneider has served as our President of West Coast Markets since January 2021 and Chief Development Officer since September 2017. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bergschneider served as Senior Managing Director, Life Sciences at HCP, Inc. where he held various senior management positions since 2007. Prior to 2007, Mr. Bergschneider spent seven years at Slough Estates USA, Inc. responsible for the management of leasing and development platforms, and three years at Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a property and financial services company. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
