Mark Bush

Mark Bush currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for East Coast and U.K. Markets at BioMed Realty since September 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Senior Vice President at The Davis Companies from September 2015 to September 2024, where strategic oversight and direction for commercial real estate properties were provided to enhance asset performance. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at AEW Capital Management, managing a $1.3 billion portfolio, and holding multiple leadership roles at Brixmor, where Mark oversaw property and asset management for a substantial portfolio. Mark began their career at Fidelity Investments as Director of Corporate Real Estate and worked at JMB / Urban Retail Properties Group as Assistant Manager of Copley Place. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University.
