Michael Carter

Michael Carter's work experience begins in 2013 with an internship at New England Development as a Financial Analyst - Real Estate Intern. In 2015, they joined AEW as an Analyst and later became an Associate. In 2018, they moved to The Fallon Company, starting as an Associate Director and eventually becoming a Director. In 2022, they joined BioMed Realty as Director of Investments.

Michael Carter has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Corporate Finance & Accounting from Bentley University. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business. In addition, they have obtained a MIT Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development from the MIT Center for Real Estate. Michael attended Thayer Academy, although no degree or field of study is specified.
