Keren Frederick

Keren Frederick has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at BMI OrganBank and Operations Manager at Industrial Hard Carbon, LLC since June 2024, Keren also owns Adhesion LKN, a custom furniture company specializing in tables, doors, and frames, established in January 2018.
