Leonardo Dias

Leonardo Dias is a dedicated IT systems analyst at Biomega Medicina Diagnóstica since March 2021, specializing in system analysis and technical support. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving incidents to ensure continuous system operation. Previous roles include positions as a bidding assistant and laboratory aide, focusing on biological sample processing. Leonardo gained customer service experience at Subway, starting as an intern in June 2017, advancing to a formal employee before transitioning back to intern status due to the pandemic. Currently pursuing a degree in Analysis and Development of Systems at Universidade Paulista, with additional education from ITB Brasílio Flores de Azevedo.
