Chris Rose is a seasoned professional in IT service management, currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager at Biomerics since April 2024. Previously, Chris held the position of Service Desk Team Lead at Blue Diamond Growers from December 2018 to February 2024, where the focus was on coaching a team to enhance knowledge sharing and address the needs of 4800 global users. Earlier experience includes the role of IT West Coast Special Projects Manager at Finance of America Companies from January 2012 to August 2018, where Chris successfully built a team to provide high-level support for corporate VIPs and developed efficient escalation processes for resolving technical issues.
