Heidi de Vos

Heidi De Vos is an experienced Service Delivery Manager currently at EUROCONTROL since December 2018. Prior roles include serving as a Datacom Specialist at Rexel Belgium from May 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included providing product information and quotations specialized in structured cabling and LAN infrastructure. Prior to that, Heidi held a dual role as Service Delivery Manager and Change Manager at SITA from November 2000 to April 2015, overseeing change management, incident management, supplier coordination, and service level agreements. Earlier career experiences include sales support at Simac-SDB, internal sales at Inelco, and service engineering at Digital, focusing on onsite installation and repair. Heidi holds an ING degree in Electronics and Telecom from Erasmushogeschool Brussel, obtained between 1988 and 1991, and is fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
