James Reichardt

James Reichardt is a seasoned program and operations manager with extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager and Operations Project Manager at Biomerics since October 2022, James previously held the role of Operations Manager at Teledyne FLIR, contributing to the growth of a start-up valued at 40 million dollars and managing key departments involved in manufacturing for innovative clients. Prior to Teledyne FLIR, James was Production Manager at Altavian Inc., overseeing a diverse team and responsible for production reporting, and held various positions including CNC Machinist and Composite Technician within the same company. Additionally, James briefly served as Manufacturing Manager for American Mask Rally, a non-profit initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic. James holds an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering from Santa Fe College.
