Alicia Gates

Alicia Gates is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner II at bioMérieux since April 2022, Alicia leads recruitment activities for diverse roles while maintaining strong relationships with hiring teams and candidates. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Priority Dispatch, where the recruitment department expanded from one to two recruiters. Alicia has also held positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Prestige Financial Services, HR Recruiter/Generalist at Intermountain Healthcare, and Volunteer Coordinator at The Road Home, where extensive volunteer management and recruitment took place. Alicia's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and dual BA degrees in Political Science and Sociology from Purdue University.
