Clayton Hadlock

Clayton Hadlock currently serves as Legal Counsel for Labor and Employment at bioMérieux, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Clayton worked as an Associate Attorney at Holland & Hart LLP, where expertise included Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Litigation Associate and Law Clerk at Kunzler Bean & Adamson, PC, and a Law Clerk at Schaerr | Jaffe LLP. Additionally, Clayton completed a Judicial Internship with Judge Kent A. Jordan at the U.S. Courts of Appeals and held various legal assistant and intern positions at BYU Broadcasting, PEG Companies, and the Utah Supreme Court. Clayton holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from BYU Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
