Dolf Michielsen

Dolf Michielsen is a seasoned professional in bioinformatics and data science, currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics and Data Science Engineer at bioMérieux since May 2021, where leadership in bioinformatics initiatives is a key focus. Prior to this role, Dolf was the Team Lead for Product Data Science at ONTOFORCE from November 2018 to March 2021, overseeing the Product Data Team's activities, including data feature implementation and quality management. Dolf also contributed significantly at Applied Maths, a bioMérieux company, from August 2007 to October 2018, initially as a Developer/Designer, and later as a Senior Developer/Designer, leading the development of cloud-based applications for infection outbreak tracking.
