Gianluigi Moroni

Gianluigi Moroni has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Gianluigi began their career at Aeronautica Militare, where they worked as a Primo Aviere from July 1993 to July 1994. Gianluigi then moved on to BMG Ricordi S.p.A., where they held the position of Accounting and Reporting Director. During their time at BMG Ricordi, they were responsible for financial reporting, cash management, general accounting, and accounts payable. Gianluigi also played a key role in various projects, including the Euro changeover, migration to a new ERP system, and the integration of finance departments after a merger.

In 2003, Gianluigi joined bioMerieux Italia S.p.A. as the Director of Finance, Control, and Administration. In this role, they oversaw the finance and administrative functions of the company until August 2007.

Gianluigi then transitioned to bioMerieux, where they held the roles of Accounting Director from September 2007 to February 2011, and later as the Senior Director of Corporate Business Development. In their role as the Accounting Director, they managed financial operations and played a key role in M&A activities, licensing agreements, distribution, and partnership agreements. As the Senior Director of Corporate Business Development, they utilized their extensive experience to drive strategic growth initiatives for the company.

Throughout their career, Gianluigi has demonstrated a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and business development, making significant contributions to the organizations they have worked for.

Gianluigi Moroni obtained their MBA degree in Finance, General from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Laurea in Economia e Commercio in Business and Economics from Sapienza Università di Roma in the years 1987 to 1993. Furthermore, Moroni completed their Maturita' Scientifica in Liceo Scientifico from Liceo Scientifico A. Avogadro during the years 1982 to 1986.
