Marc Ducros

Marc Ducros possesses extensive experience in business analysis and process architecture, currently serving as a Process Architect at bioMérieux since October 2019. In this role, Marc provides expertise to support business process improvements and leads communication between business and information systems functions to drive end-to-end transformation. Prior to this, Marc was a Business Analyst involved in ERP deployment projects at bioMérieux and BioFire Diagnostics, managing the sales and customer service components. With a solid foundation in project coordination and sales administration, Marc's career spans various roles focused on improving processes and customer satisfaction across multiple sectors. Marc's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Business Development and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management and Business Development from IDRAC Business School, complemented by international business studies at the Manhattan Institute of Management.
