Michael Galietti

Michael Galietti currently serves as an Engineer IV at bioMérieux, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Michael was a Senior Systems Engineer II at Day Zero Diagnostics, Inc., where responsibilities included leading the technical development of automated library preparation and sequencing (NGS). Michael also worked at Werfen North America as a Senior Engineer, Systems Development, providing critical engineering support for blood analyzers and improving patient care through risk assessments and performance characterization. Michael's extensive experience includes over six years at Waters Corporation, focusing on developing and managing system-level requirements for analytical instrumentation and serving as a subject matter expert in liquid chromatography. Additionally, Michael has held several engineering positions, including roles as an R&D Evaluation Scientist, contributing to method development and hardware characterization.
