Jennifer Hauenstein

Jennifer Hauenstein is an experienced professional in the fields of genetics and biotechnology, currently serving as a Variant Analyst at Bionano Genomics, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer accumulated extensive experience as a Cytogenetic Technologist III at Emory Healthcare from April 2013 to June 2021 and held similar positions at Emory Genetics Laboratory. Jennifer began a career in education as a High School Science Teacher at Eaton Academy from September 2000 to April 2011. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs (2016-2020) and a Master's degree in Biology from Mississippi State University.
