Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Solutions at Bionano Genomics, Inc. since February 2022, Mike leads a diverse team to deliver innovative solutions globally. Prior roles include Senior Director of Global Customer Support at Agena Bioscience and Director positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Life Technologies, where Mike managed large teams and developed strategic customer support systems.
