Sandrine Henry

Sandrine Henry is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Associate Director of People & Culture for EMEA-APAC at Bionano since January 2022, Sandrine also holds the role of People Business Partner for the same regions. Prior to Bionano, experience includes a position as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Takeda from July 2017 to January 2022 and a long tenure at Biogen as a Talent Acquisition & HR Development Business Partner from January 2002 to June 2016. Earlier roles also include Human Resources Coordinator at Cisco Systems and Recruitment Specialist/Project Coordinator at Kelly Services. Sandrine's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from IGS-RH completed in 2017.
