Shawna N.M. Barnes is a versatile professional with extensive experience in the arts and design, currently serving as Chief Creative Officer at The Nook in Cable, WI, since November 2023. This unique space reflects Shawna's dedication to community engagement and supporting small businesses while fostering creative expression. Additionally, Shawna operates S.Barnes Designs as a Web Design Specialist and represents TREND Community as an Ambassador. Active as a columnist for Bionews, Inc., and a nationally exhibiting sculptor since 2012, Shawna also motivates others through speaking engagements focused on overcoming adversity through art. With past experience as Owner and Senior Graphic Designer at IMAGES Belfast, LLC, as well as roles in teaching and ceramics, Shawna's background is further complemented by education from the University of Maine and Monmouth Academy, where graduation honors were achieved.
