Gili Ovadia

Gili Ovadia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Youth Counselor for the Ra'anana Municipality. In 2007, they became an Advisor to the Minister of Defense at the Israel Ministry of Defense, and in 2009, they interned at Klagsbald & Co.

From 2010 to 2012, Gili worked at the Israeli Ministry of Economy as the Head of the North America Department. They then moved on to the role of Assistant to the Deputy Director General for Foreign Trade, where they managed and supported Israel's international trade and trade policy.

In 2013, Gili joined the Israeli Ministry of Economy as a Consul and Head of Economic and Trade Mission to the West Coast. This role involved working with Silicon Valley executives and VCs to promote Israeli tech, initiating and contributing to significant financial deals, and guiding Israeli hi-tech companies in entering the US market.

Gili's next role was as a Steering Committee Member at ICON - Israel Collaboration Network from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they were also involved in various roles at Orbs, serving as the VP of Global Business Development from 2018 to 2020.

From 2021 to 2023, Gili worked at SeeTree as the General Manager US and VP of Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development at BionicHIVE, starting in 2023.

Overall, Gili Ovadia has gained extensive experience in business development, international trade, and strategic partnerships throughout their career.

Gili Ovadia pursued higher education at Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in History. Prior to that, they attended IDC, completing a Bachelor's degree in Law and Politics from 2004 to 2008.
